We formed Blue Sky Homes to help speed the evolution of the building industry. We believe that many of the methods and materials used in building today are outmoded, especially in light of changed economic conditions and the deepening awareness of the environmental cost of traditional building practices.
We believe that buildings can be – must be – built more efficiently and more sustainably. And our name signals the importance we place upon finding greener ways to build in the hope that all of us can one day reap the benefits of clean, blue skies.

We provide our building system either by license to our clients such as developers, contractors and architects, or through on-site construction projects that we directly manage. And we connect individuals who are interested in having a home built using our system with reputable contractors in their area.

We offer our system in a variety of ways, including:
Frame and walls
All of the significant advantages of our one-of-a-kind steel frame but with maximum design and construction flexibility. Frame can be erected in as little as one day.
Weatherized and lockable building shells
Our frame along with roof, walls, windows and doors to provide a secure building envelope in about one week.
Turn-key completed projects
Fully completed, turnkey custom homes, including all finishes and appliances, in as little as six weeks.
