The Blue Sky Homes Catalog currently consists of a 500-square-foot casita and houses of 1,000 square feet, 1,500 square feet and 1,800 square feet.  Within each home type we offer number of floor plans, examples of which are shown with each of our designs.

If you wish to have one of our homes built in or near Southern California we can build a fully finished home for you using the same contractor firms that built our prototype house.  After the permitting, footings or foundation are finished on your property we can complete your home in about six weeks.  

If you wish to have one of our homes built in a location outside of where we have contracting resources, we will work with you to find a contractor that can deliver a house from the Blue Sky Homes collection in a similar time frame.
