Robert Brada 

Prior to Blue Sky Homes Bob was a principal of San Ysidro Capital Partners, LLC, advising private and public companies on acquisitions, divestiture and financing strategy and structuring.

He was previously the President of Broadlane, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced services to healthcare providers, from 2002 to 2003 and was on the executive management team of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. from 1995 to 2000.  Bob started his career as a corporate finance lawyer at White & Case, based in the Los Angeles and Paris offices.

He holds a B.A. from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.

Kurt Christy

Kurt has more than 25 years of wide-ranging executive experience in commercial and residential construction, having worked his way through college as a Journeyman Iron Worker.  He has particular expertise in purchasing and operations.  Kurt is a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders and a Certified Green Building Professional with the Build It Green program.

Prior to Blue Sky Homes, Kurt was the principal at the consulting firm CCS, helping production homebuilders manage and streamline their businesses by improving operational efficiencies.  Prior to CCS, he was with Unify International, a firm that specializes in improving operational and financial results for builders, trade contractors, manufacturers and municipalities and was also the Director of National Contracts for KB Homes.  At KB he achieved more than 15 percent in cost savings for the builder in three years through programs that consolidated purchasing across the country and featured a variety of value engineering initiatives.  Prior to KB he was a project manager for Swinerton Builders overseeing projects as large as $7 million.

Kurt holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach.

David McAdam

David was a member of the founding senior management team at Broadlane, Inc. as Executive Vice President for Marketing from 2000 to 2006, first in San Francisco and finally in Dallas when the company relocated.

Prior to Broadlane he was the Senior Vice President for Corporate Communications at Tenet Healthcare, the nation’s second largest publicly traded hospital company. 

Before Tenet he was a Managing Partner at Sitrick And Company in Los Angeles, the leading crisis and issues management public relations firm on the West Coast.  There he counseled numerous private and corporate clients on a variety of issues in the United States and abroad.

David began his professional career in newspaper journalism in Orange County, California.  He eventually was named Executive Editor overseeing 15 community newspapers published in south Orange County by a subsidiary of Media General, Inc.  He holds a B.A. in journalism from San Diego State University.

Klaus Moser

 

Klaus brings leadership and startup expertise, as well as an engineering background to Blue Sky Homes.

In his previous roles at San Francisco's Vontu, he launched their East Coast office, managed pre-sales and services teams and, as their Director of Business Development, was responsible for relationships with key partners including Symantec. After Symantec acquired Vontu, Klaus was the Director of Sales Acceleration and a member of the Data Loss Prevention business unit’s executive team. Klaus and his team helped successfully roll out the Vontu product to the entire Symantec sales force in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Previously, Klaus was a co-founder and vice president of carOrder.com, a business-to-consumer startup that built the first direct-sales model in the automotive retail space. Later at Trilogy Software he led automotive retail projects with Ford, Chrysler and GM.

Klaus holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Design from Carnegie Mellon University.

Philip Schneider

Prior to Blue Sky Homes, Philip Schneider was a partner in Acre Partners/LLventures LLC, a boutique New York investment bank specializing in real estate and ecommerce financing. After several years, the firm expanded its services to specialize in financial and operational advisory services for private luxury real estate communities in Arizona, Hawaii and Scotland. This included a multi-year contract working in sales and operations at Hokulia in Hawaii and Loch Lomond Golf Club in Scotland, both Lyle Anderson Company properties.

Philip holds a BA from the University of San Diego and an MBA fromThunderbird School of Global Business Management. He is also a licensed realtor in Hawaii and a certified Permaculture and Feng Shui consultant.
